My name is Sarah Ahmed.<\/p>

I am interested in how people work together, how organisations evolve, and how structures can be shaped to foster participation and shared responsibility.<\/p>

I support teams, organisations, and individuals in professional development processes \u2014 whether during phases of decision-making, in shaping productive team cultures, or through case consultation to reflect on complex work situations.<\/p>

My work is situated at the intersection of research, consulting, and practice. Experiences in political education, academic research, and collaboration with non-profit and civil society organisations shape my understanding of power relations, racism, and structural discrimination.<\/p>

In my work, I bring together individual and institutional perspectives to support development processes that are sustainable, reflective, and grounded in meaningful connection.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

In my work, I combine systemic approaches with anti-racist and discrimination-sensitive perspectives. I believe that people and organisations possess diverse resources for engaging with challenges \u2014 and that development emerges where space for reflection is created.<\/p>
